The owner is a real down-to-earth individual who worked the job for a number of years and understands the concerns and motivations of being a phone slut. She encourages self-promotion because it's how she started in the business and her personal belief is that it's the best way for a working girl to earn what her time is worth. Her true belief is that it also demonstrates a commitment to the job. My overall impression is that this is a fair employer who puts everything on the table up-front and lets you decide your own fate. Although I would never personally work for a company that requires self-promotion, this is an excellent company for the individual who has a true instinct for marketing themselves. |
